Our very efficient business structure means that we keep our costs low and we can pass on significant cost savings to the client. Our bespoke fee packages include a free of charge initial consultation and a closing meeting for legal projects. We do not charge to get to know our clients and their business, neither to cross refer clients / candidates. We understand the necessity to align the company strategy with the risk profile and, we apply commercial acumen to ensure that practical and commercial legal solutions are provided to our clients.

 

We offer structured and tailored fixed fee packages to meet internal budget requirements. We only charge for what is required and what we do, a breakdown of the time spent can be provided and / or a regular report on progress. This way of charging saves our clients significant amounts of money and gives them the confidence in the service that we are providing.

We can be on hand to give advice and assistance for a fixed amount of time each month at an agreed monthly payment. This means that the client can enjoy agreed beneficial rates, as well as having an adviser on hand that knows the business and its management.

We will scope projects with our client to agree on the scope of work and the fee structure. This means that we are able to break down the project into smaller phases or time periods rather than estimating the total fee upfront and offer a fixed fee.

We can agree to take on all of a client’s legal work for a specified amount of time for a predetermined amount.

We charge an agreed percentage for successful recovery of an overdue debt, depending on the factors of the case and the bucket that it falls into. This can also include an introduction of a buyer and/or the sale of any assets recovered in any litigation matters including the drafting and conclusion all sale documentation.
